Tal R Painting
The Tal R Paintings book is a presentation of the Danish artist Tal R´s work, written and curated by Pernille Albrethsen.
For more than twenty-five years, Tal R has been a prominent figure on the Danish art scene. Right from the outset, he dreamt of painting and of telling stories, even though ‘grand narratives’ had fallen out of favour – not least within the art of painting. You had to ‘enter painting sideways,’ as Tal R puts it. Tal R Painting is the first comprehensive presentation of his multifaceted painting practice. It follows his ever-changing art from the 1990s until today, when he is internationally recognised as a significant innovator in contemporary figurative painting.
Pernille Albrethsen is an art critic for the Danish newspaper Weekendavisen and is the Copenhagen editor of the Scandinavian art journal Kunstkritikk. She holds an MA in modern culture from the University of Copenhagen and New York University.

Shipping
Free shipping in Norway on all orders above 1000 kr, except on heavier goods, like sofas, lounge chairs, dining tables, larger shelves, rugs and sofa tables. If in doubt, please ask us.
The shipping cost is calculated at checkout. You can always choose to collect in our Oslo store or warehouse outside Oslo for larger items, for free. For home deliveries on larger items, please contact the store.
Standard handling time for all items in stock is 1-3 days, in addition to the postal service's delivery time.
Most of our furniture is not kept in stock and are subject to a certain delivery time stated in the product description.
Returns and Non-Refundable Products
We have a standard 14 days return policy, except on custom-made and made to order furniture, lighting and rugs. Please ask if in doubt.
